Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Subscription Terms cover the commercial relationship between you (the operator) and Cerclepay LLC. They sit alongside the Terms of Service.

2. Services

Cerclepay provides the platform services described in the product page and your subscription plan.

• Recurring billing and trials.
• Dunning, retries and member messaging.
• Cohort retention and analytics.
• Member account portal and save flows.

3. Trial

There is no free trial. The Solo plan starts at €29 per month, billed monthly with no commitment. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard — we will not charge a cancellation fee, and there is no minimum contract length.

4. Pricing & billing

Pricing is published on the website and confirmed in your dashboard. Monthly plans are billed in advance on the day you signed up. Yearly plans are billed up front and prorated on cancellation.

5. Member volume

If you exceed the active member limit of your plan, we'll let you know in the dashboard and give you 30 days to either upgrade or reduce. We never silently fail.

6. Payouts & funds

Member payments are processed through your existing payment processor (Stripe, Adyen, GoCardless, Mollie). We do not hold member funds — funds settle from processor to your bank under your existing processor agreement.

7. Recovery share

Cerclepay never takes a cut of recovered MRR. Every euro the platform saves goes to your account in full.

8. SLAs

Uptime targets, support response and recovery time objectives are published in the trust center and apply per plan.

• Solo plan — best effort, email support.
• Studio plan — 99.9% uptime, live chat, 4h SLA.
• Network plan — 99.95% uptime, dedicated CSM, 1h SLA.

9. Confidentiality

Each side protects the other's confidential information with the care it would give its own, for 3 years post-termination.

10. Term & renewal

Monthly plans run month-to-month and renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly plans renew annually unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date.

11. Operating entity

The Cerclepay platform is operated by Cerclepay LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2026-001980599, filed 18 May 2026).
